Rates
are different for every client - please contact us to
set an appointment. Web Page design rates are on a progressive
scale. Each page is measured by the print output
up to a standard paper size of 8 1/2" X 11"
. One page may be $200, but a site with 5 or more pages
will average about $100/per page. It does depend on
the complexity of the pages and the amount of graphics
you desire. Most sites are based on hourly labor of
$40/hour during the creation phase. This
is the most important part, the more info and pictures
you supply, the less expensive the site becomes.
These rates include the time and effort for:
design meetings
post publishing checks, modifications, and corrections
proper coding for search engines
site registration with the top Search Engines.
Custom and Animated graphics are $50-$75 /hour.
Maintenance: After final publishing of your site, you
may maintain the
site or contract with Gnarly G Creative Services
for site maintenance.
Please allow 5 business days for modifications to be
completed.
Web Site Maintenance after web page design is billed
hourly at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Shopping Cart Maintenance is $65.00 per hour.
Transfer of Current website to our servers is $75/hour.
This is to transfer current files "as is"
and does not included changes that need to be made in
Programming scripts.
Programming: Assistance with CGI scripts, ASP, etc.

RATES
FOR HOSTING SERVICES
Hosting rates vary due to size of site
and the desired space for email.
Monthly hosting is usually between $10 - $30 (includes
one small update to the site).
Site maintenance and Shopping Cart maintenance is $65/hour.
Programming for PERL, CGI, ASP, Java, and other web
based programming start at $75/hour.
RATES FOR
TECH SUPPORT and ON-SITE SERVICES
Appointment Fee - A $50.00 charge as
a minimum fee if no one is present onsite when a technician
arrives for service. This fee is applied to the first
hour of Service. Please make arrangements at least 4
hours prior to your appointment if no one will be present.
Service - Regular price for service
is $75.00 per hour per person ($100.00 if job starts after 5:00 PM)
unless otherwise specified by Gnarly G Creative Services™.
The Appointment Fee is included in the first hour of
service
Rush/Emergency/Immediate Service - an
additional $50.00 charge per incident.
Phone Assistance - billed at $25.00
per incident per half hour if problems can be corrected
by phone. Gnarly G Creative Services™ reserves
the judgment on phone assistance. Please have your credit
card information ready (Visa and MasterCard only).
Travel Fees - Though we are based in
Athens, GA, we do offer on-site services to the entire
Atlanta and Athens areas. Therefore, we do charge for
travel time to certain areas. These fees are added to
our normal rates for extensive travel times per site.
Consulting Fees: Gnarly G Creative Services
DOES provide Free Consultations.
Warranty: Products sold and/or installed
during on-site service will usually have a warranty
for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Labor is not
included in the parts warranty for on-site service.
We accept Cash, Checks and PayPal.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE!
Payments for the sale of tangible items are due when
delivered some restrictions apply.
Negotiable payment options may be arranged

Corporate Billing.
There will be a 10% late fee charge per month (age of
invoice) that the payment is not received.
Payments must be scheduled with credit card info on
record.
Invoices for Domain Hosting accounts are sent by E-mail
to Hosting Account. You are responsible for checking
your e-mail. Hosting accounts will be suspended the
day after due date if payment is not received. The setup
fee will be required for activation.
Returned Check Fee $30.00 per NSF check written.
